Mission

 

  Our mission is to disseminate architecture knowledge and skills. We aim to provide a balanced and integrated curriculum which enables graduates to combine theoretical and practical skills to design sophisticated solutions to architectural problems. Teaching, research, and community service are integral to the achievement of our mission, which together allow our faculty, graduates, and community to participate in the intellectual discourse of architecture.

  Our vision is to be a regional leader in providing the highest quality of design education and conducting the most cutting-edge research in the field of architecture. We aim for our graduates to have the professional and creative skills to become an essential part in Kuwait’s development, and for our faculty to be highly sought experts for decision-making regarding the built environment for both the public and private sectors. We aim for our Department to be a critical hub of thinking and innovation in the global dialogue between art and science, culture and technology.
